火焰光度计是以发射光谱为基本原理的一种分析仪器,利用火焰的热能使某元素的原子激发发光,并用仪器检测其光谱能量的强弱,进而判断物质中某元素含量的高低,这类仪器称之为火焰光度计。对于火焰光度计来说,由于受火焰激发能量的限制,一般只适用在一定浓度范围内的碱性金属的定量分析。
